These Terms of Service govern the architectural landscaping consultations, site surveys, and project agreements provided by OZONE Landscaping. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Scope of Service
OZONE provides comprehensive architectural landscaping services including conceptual design, site preparation, planting, and hardscape construction. Each project is governed by a specific Project Agreement which supersedes these general terms in the event of a conflict.
2. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property boundary information and disclosing any known underground utilities or structural anomalies not visible through standard site surveys.
3. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and digital renderings produced by OZONE remain the intellectual property of OZONE Landscaping until final payment is received, upon which a license for use on the specified property is granted.
4. Liability & Warranty
Hardscape installations (retaining walls, pathways) are warrantied for 5 years against structural defects. Living plant materials are warrantied for 90 days, provided the client adheres to the provided maintenance and irrigation schedules.
