The Vision
Emerald Estate was conceived as an extension of the surrounding natural topography. Our objective was to create a sanctuary that felt carved out of the earth rather than built upon it. By utilizing local elements and drought-resistant native species, we engineered a landscape that breathes with the environment while maintaining an uncompromising standard of luxury.

Technical Evolution
The Challenge: Steep Gradient Erosion
The 45-degree slope presented significant structural risks for the planned stone terraces and main pool area during heavy monsoon precipitation.
The OZONE Solution: Interlocking Bio-Anchors
We developed a custom subsurface root-anchoring grid coupled with porous limestone tiers that allow water filtration while locking the terrain in place permanently.
